Grape Variety: 100% Bonarda

Tasting Notes: Deep red colour with bright glints. Wild herb and red fruits aromas. Nice tannins and long finish at the palate. Enjoy with lamb, stews, pasta or pork belly.


Vineyard: Santa Rosa – Mendoza, Argentina


Age of the Vineyard: 50 years old


Altitude: 600 metres above sea level


Harvest Method: Manual, by hand in cases.


Winemaking: Stripping and grinding. Maceration before fermentation. 15 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks between 24°-28°C. Polish filtration or sterile EK filtration if necessary. 20% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 2 months.
